On 12 and 13 May 2026, the T6 team gathered in Rome for two intensive and collaborative team days dedicated to reflection, strategy, creativity and future planning.

These two days represented an opportunity to pause from the daily operational flow, reconnect as a team, and collectively shape the next steps of our organisation.

The first day opened with a reflection on the outcomes and lessons learned from the previous meeting in December 2026, and it helped us reconnect ongoing activities with the broader evolution of T6 and provided the basis for the discussion that followed. As an organisation working at the intersection of applied research, participatory processes, communication and innovation management, T6 continuously evolves its priorities and methods to respond to emerging societal challenges and opportunities. To translate strategy into collective ownership, the team engaged in a facilitated participatory session structured around reflection, dialogue and co-creation.

The day concluded with a social dinner, offering an informal moment to strengthen interpersonal connections beyond projects and deadlines. Building trust and human relationships is an essential aspect of collaborative work, particularly in organisations like T6 where interdisciplinarity and teamwork are central elements of everyday practice.

The second day shifted the focus toward innovation opportunities, project synergies and communication. The morning opened with a dynamic exchange allowed team members to share insights from our ongoing projects and to brainstorm around new ideas and strategic opportunities.

These two days demonstrated once again how strategic reflection, dialogue and collective creativity are fundamental ingredients for T6 to strengthen our vision, align our efforts and continue to improve.
